If you are being asked to provide log files or delete a directory on your Windows computer during troubleshooting, it's likely that you need to access the AppData folder. It is written as %appdata% in a path, which will direct you to C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming.
By default, this folder is hidden to avoid any issues that can arise from accidentally altering its files.
To access the %appdata% folder please follow these steps:
- Open a File Explorer window.
- Type %appdata% in the address bar found at the top of the window and press enter.
- Double-click on the CherryAudio folder to find the applicable product.
