How to find the PS-20 log files

Log files can help us diagnose a wide variety of technical issues.


To locate your log files, launch PS-20 and click the gear icon to access Settings. Select General settings, then click Show Log Folder. 


If you can't open PS-20, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\PS-20\Logs


And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/PS-20/Logs
