How to find the log files

Log files can help us diagnose a wide variety of technical issues.

To locate your log files, launch Surrealistic MG-1 Plus and click the gear icon to access Settings. Select General settings, then click Show Log Folder. 

If you can't open Surrealistic MG-1 Plus, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Surrealistic MG-1 Plus\Logs

And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/Surrealistic MG-1 Plus/Logs
