How to find your Eight Voice log files

Log files can help us diagnose a wide variety of technical issues.


To locate your log files, launch Eight Voice and click the gear icon to access Settings. Select General settings, then click Show Log Folder. 


If you can't open Eight Voice, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Eight Voice\Logs


And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/Eight Voice/Logs
