How to find the log files for Galactic Reverb

Log files can help us diagnose a wide variety of technical issues.

To locate your log files, launch Galactic Reverb and click the gear icon to access Settings. Select General settings, then click Show Log Folder. 

If you can't open Galactic Reverb, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Galactic Reverb\Logs

And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/Galactic Reverb/Logs
