Log files can help us diagnose a wide variety of technical issues.
To locate your log files, launch Stardust 201 Tape Echo and click the gear icon to access Settings. Select General settings, then click Show Log Folder.
If you can't open Stardust 201 Tape Echo, the log files are located here for Windows:
%appdata%\CherryAudio\Stardust 201 Tape Echo\Logs
And here for Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Stardust 201 Tape Echo/Logs
