How to find your Mercury-4 log files

To locate your log files, launch Mercury-4 and click on "Settings" followed by clicking "General". Click "Show Log Folder". Please zip up all your log files and attach it to your reply.

If you can't open Stardust 201, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Mercury-4\Logs

And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/CherryAudio/Mercury-4/Logs
