How to find your Dreamsynth log files

 To locate your log files, launch Dreamsynth and click on "Settings" followed by clicking "General". Click "Show Log Folder". Please zip up all your log files and attach the zip file to your reply.

If you can't open Dreamsynth, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Dreamsynth\Logs

And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/CherryAudio/Dreamsynth/Logs
