After purchasing the sound pack, it will be automatically downloaded and added as a new collection to your presets.
If you have purchased a preset pack through the Cherry Audio store but it isn't appearing in your collections, please ensure that you have an active internet connection. If it still doesn't appear in collections after closing and reopening the software, please contact support.
