Why are certain notes on the synth not playing when I know my controller is working properly?

Certain notes are not playing on your Cherry Audio synth, but you know your controller is fine, and other plugins don't have this problem. It's almost certain that the affected key, or keys, have been MIDI mapped to a synth parameter. 

The good news is that confirming and fixing this is quite simple:

• Click the MIDI icon on the toolbar of your synth.
• Check the MIDI mappings and if you see a mapping where the Type is Note, you have found your problem.
• Right-click the mapping and choose Unlearn.
• Get back to making sweet music with all notes sounding again!
