How to find your Memorymode log files

To locate your log files, launch Memorymode and click on "Settings" followed by clicking "General". Click "Show Log Folder". Please zip up all your log files and attach it to your reply.

If you can't open Memorymode, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Memorymode\Logs

And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/CherryAudio/Memorymode/Logs
