To locate your log files, launch CA2600 and click on "Settings" followed by clicking "General". Click "Show Log Folder". Please zip up all your log files and attach it to your reply.
If you can't open CA2600, the log files are located here for Windows:
%appdata%\CherryAudio\CA2600\Logs
And here for Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/CherryAudio/CA2600/Logs
