How to find your Polymode Synthesizer log files

One way to locate your log files is to launch Polymode Synthesizer and click on "Settings" followed by clicking "General". Click "Show Log Folder". Please zip up all your log files and attach it to your reply.

If you can't open Polymode Synthesizer, the log files are located here for Windows:

%appdata%\CherryAudio\Polymode Synthesizer\Logs

And here for Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/CherryAudio/Polymode Synthesizer/Logs
