Why won't P-10 accept MIDI when all my other plugins work fine?

P-10 is unique to our line of synthesizers in that it has a MIDI channel selection for the UPPER and LOWER layers. If you are unable to control the P-10 with your MIDI controller but have no issues with other instruments, the MIDI channel likely being sent to P-10 isn't that of UPPER or LOWER channel settings found in the left-hand controls of P-10.

To resolve the issue, check what channel your controller is sending MIDI data on as well as checking the channel set on the instrument track in your DAW.
