If you are running Windows 7 and are unable to log into the Voltage Modular software, but you can log in at the Voltage Modular website, go to the following page and download/install the Windows KB3140245 Update for your operating system.
Once that is complete, go to this page and download the Microsoft Easy Fix tool (It's 2/3 of the way down the page, there's a big blue download button under the Easy Fix header)
Run the easy fix tool and then reboot your computer.
You should now be able to log into Voltage Modular on your Windows 7 computer.
