How do I get Sync to install a product if it's getting stuck in the process?

If Sync is consistently getting stuck at a certain percentage when trying to install, update, and activate a product, you probably need to update Sync to the latest version, 1.0.23. This version resolves an issue where the cache becomes corrupt and causes downloads and installations to get stuck.
